Terms of Service

Welcome to Ninni! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ninni mobile application ("App"), operated by the Ninni development team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. The App is intended for use by parents and caregivers — not by children directly.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately at support@ninniapp.com.
You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the App
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App to develop a competing product
- Access the App's backend services except through the App itself
4. Free & Premium Features
The App is available in a free tier with limited features and an ad-supported experience. A Ninni Premium subscription unlocks additional features including: unlimited sound access, sound mixing, fade-out timer, weekly sleep statistics, parent voice recording, family sharing features where available, and an ad-free experience.
Feature availability may change over time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features with reasonable notice.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Ninni Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
Where offered, a free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued. For billing disputes, please contact Apple or Google directly.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use Settings → Restore Purchase to recover your active subscription.
6. In-App Advertising
Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Advertisements will never be displayed while a sleep sound is playing, during night mode, or to Premium subscribers.
7. User Content & Baby Data
You may enter your baby's name, birth date, preferred sleep times, notes, profile images, family sharing details, and parent voice recordings. You warrant that any information, image, or recording you provide is accurate, lawful, and that you have the right to create and share it through the App. You retain ownership of your data; see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.
Parent Voice Recordings are intended only for personal and family sleep playback. They may be uploaded to Firebase Storage and linked to your account or family profile so they can be played and restored across your devices. You may not upload recordings that violate another person's rights, privacy, or applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
- Engage in any automated data collection or scraping
9. Sleep Safety and Responsible Use
Ninni is designed to support calm sleep routines, not to replace parental supervision, safe sleep guidance, or medical care. Keep your device and any charging cables away from your baby, use a comfortable low volume, and follow safe sleep recommendations from your pediatrician or local health authority.
10. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including the app name "Ninni", logo, sound recordings, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
11. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party services including Google Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Crashlytics, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Medical disclaimer: Ninni is a sleep aid tool for parents. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow safe sleep guidelines recommended by your pediatrician.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ninni and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections 10, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
