Who does this policy apply to?
This policy applies to property owners, property managers, staff users, and people who use tenant upload links in the Mulkio mobile or web app. Mulkio processes information entered for rent tracking, payments, maintenance, documents, tenant communication, and portfolio operations.

Data We Process
Name, email address, sign-in state, subscription status, and app settings.
Property names, addresses, rent amounts, payment days, tenant contact details, and notes.
Rent records, receipts, lease documents, maintenance photos, and uploaded files.
Device, store, authentication, and error state information needed to operate and support the app.
Where Data Is Stored
Guest Mode
Guest mode is intended only for preview and local testing. Real tenant, payment, or document information should not be entered in guest mode.
Signed-in Accounts
When you use Mulkio with an account, workspace data may sync with cloud services such as Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage. These services support authentication, record storage, and file upload workflows.
Security and Access
Record and document access is scoped by the user account, workspace ownership, and the specific tenant upload link. Tenant links are designed only for the related receipt or maintenance request workflow. If App Lock is enabled, Mulkio asks for device authentication before opening the app.

Account Deletion and Data Control
You can export your workspace data as a CSV file from the Trust screen inside the app. Signing out only closes the current session and clears local workspace data from the device.
The Delete Account option starts removal of your account-related workspace and account data. The confirmation screen warns that your data may be deleted. After deletion completes, the app returns to the sign-in flow.
Terms of Use
Mulkio is provided for administrative property management, rent tracking, document organization, and reminder workflows. Information in the app depends on records entered by the user and should not be used as the only source for legal or financial decisions.
App subscriptions may be managed through the App Store or Play Store. Purchases, cancellations, and restore actions are subject to the rules of the relevant store.
