1. Data We Process
- Text you paste or type into the app for AI-powered actions.
- Saved history and favorite items, including the original input, generated output, action name, and creation time.
- Basic account information if you sign in, such as email or provider identifier.
- Usage metadata such as action type, request time, app version, language, and usage counts.
- Crash and diagnostic data needed to improve reliability.
- Notification permission status and local notification preferences if you enable reminders.
- Limited advertising identifiers or ad interaction signals processed by Google AdMob when non-personalized ads are shown.
2. Local and AI Processing
Instant tools such as spacing cleanup, emoji removal, link removal, line-break cleanup, and paragraph normalization are designed to run locally where possible.
AI tools may send submitted text to our backend. Our backend may send that text to Google Gemini to generate the result.
3. Storage and Retention
- History and favorites may be stored under your account ID to support account-based access and cross-device sync.
- You can clear history in the app and request account or data deletion.
- Raw text is not sent to analytics logs and should not be stored in backend request logs.
- Temporary task data, if needed for processing, should be deleted when no longer necessary.
- Usage metadata may be stored for limits, abuse prevention, analytics, and service quality.
4. Legal Basis
Personal data may be processed to provide the app, perform AI text actions requested by the user, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve service quality.
When AI features are used, submitted text may be transferred to third-party infrastructure providers such as Google Gemini. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data unless necessary.
5. Notifications
If enabled, notifications are used for useful product events such as telling you that AI fixes are available again after a usage limit refresh, or occasional productivity reminders. Notification bodies should not include private user text.
6. Analytics
We may measure product health, such as most used tools, free limit events, AI latency, and crash reports. Raw input text, prompts, and AI outputs should not be sent to analytics.
7. Advertising
PasteFix AI may show Google AdMob banner ads and rewarded interstitial ads. V1 is configured to request non-personalized ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may be offered when an account reaches the free AI usage limit. Google AdMob may process device, ad, and interaction data according to Google's advertising and privacy policies.
8. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request account deletion and data deletion from inside the app or by contacting us. Local history can be cleared from the app settings.

10. Terms of Use
PasteFix AI is provided as a productivity tool for cleaning and improving text. Users are responsible for the text they submit and for reviewing generated results before use.
- Do not use PasteFix AI to create illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Do not submit highly sensitive personal data unless necessary.
- AI output may be imperfect. Review names, numbers, dates, links, and important facts before sharing.
- The service may apply usage limits to protect reliability and cost.
